How to Add Your Web Designer
to Squarespace

Before I can begin working on your site, you'll need to invite me as a Contributor. It only takes a few minutes — follow the steps below!

Step-by-Step Instructions
1
Log In to Your Squarespace Account
  • Go to squarespace.com and click Log In in the top right corner.
  • Enter your email address and password to access your account dashboard.
2
Open Your Website's Settings
  • From your Squarespace Home Menu, click on the website you'd like to share with me.
  • In the left-hand sidebar, scroll down and click Settings.
3
Go to Permissions & Ownership
  • Inside Settings, find and click Permissions & Ownership.
  • This is where you manage who has access to your site.
4
Invite a Contributor
  • Click the blue Invite Contributor button.
  • Enter my email address: annarobas2020@gmail.com
  • Under Role, select Administrator — this gives me the full access needed to edit your site effectively.
If you prefer not to grant Administrator access, select Content Editor at minimum — though note that some technical tasks may be limited with that role.
5
Send the Invitation
  • Review the details and click Send Invitation.
  • I'll receive an email and accept the invitation from my end.
  • Once accepted, I'll appear in your Contributor list and can get started right away!
